If you want a new line use the Shift Key and the Enter Key at the same time.This information will show up at the top of each table *required

Below is the meal sign-up sheet.  Hopefully we can help the Baker family by bringing meals to them on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (I know, I changed days).  There are no known allergies and only food Catherine said her kids would rather NOT eat is potatoes.  Please pick a date, indicate the main dish you will provide (if possible, so we don't send mac & cheese every day!) and deliver the meal by 5:30 PM that day.
