Please sign up for one or more of the available times at CAP. 

If you need to cancel, please sign in and undo it at least 48 hours in advance so that others can sign up. 

 All Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday slots are from 3:30 pm until 5:30. 

All Saturday slots are from 9 am until noon.
