BAKED PASTA WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE
1 lb. penne pasta
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 24 oz. jar tomato pasta sauce with garlic and herb(s)
1 15 oz. can Italian style tomato sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Stir ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese into drained, hot pasta.
Lightly grease the ½ steam table aluminum pan (available at Smart & Final – regular MM pan).
Transfer pasta to the greased pan.
Remove sausage from casings and cook in frying pan on stove top.
Crumble sausage and add pasta sauce and tomato sauce.
Top the pasta in pan with the sausage mixture.
Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and remaining cup of mozzarella .
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

· attend to needs of guests
· assist bagging up leftovers for take-home
Check-in Table arrive at 4:15 p.m.
Greeters arrive at 4:30-
assist guests coming in at door (outside)
as well as out front around driveway to greet guests.
If possible stay and say goodbye when leaving.
Clean-up begins at 6:00 p.m.

· turn ovens OFF
· sweep & mop
· clear and clean buffet table
· clear and clean dining tables
· mop up spills
· empty trash
