Pan seared fish du jour with lobster, rock shrimp, crowder pea and sweet corn ragout
Buttermilk brined boneless chicken breast fried and served over sweet potato biscuits with country ham gravy and sweet corn creme brulee
Wood grilled hanger steak sliced on Yukon gold potato fondue with chanterelle mushrooms and peppercorn truffle cream.
