Shotgun Start at 8:30 AM

Entry Fee: $34.00 which includes golf, prizes, range balls, and bag boy tip

Lunch specials will be available.

Payment: Check made payable to Mickie Underhill dropped into basket on her front porch by April 29

Sign up sheet will close at 8:00 p.m. on

Cancellations, substitutions, and changes are to be handled through the club representative only. Players do not contact the host club. Cancellation:

             a) Prior to 48 hours, a complete refund.
             b) Within 48 hours, no refund, but substitute player will be accepted.
             c) 48 hours to the evening before the event, changes must be called in to the host club representative.
             d) Early morning changes call pro shop. This allows host club time to change pairings.
             e) Reps use discretion to cancel due to death or serious illness

Note - If a tournament is cancelled due to course conditions, credit for playing will be given to those who signed up for such tournament, not only for the purpose of end of the year luncheon attendance eligibility, but also for eligibility as one of the three (3) tournaments needed to play in the Ladybird Cup Tournament.
