NASCAR Fundraiser Our first fundraising opportunity at the Speedway is expected to earn us at least $2,000, and of course in order to earn that much money, this event will also require the greatest number of volunteer hours. The NASCAR Sprint Cup is being held at the Super Speedway (the largest track) on Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2. We have the opportunity to work two bar concessions that will require at least eight volunteers each. Due to the large amount of traffic this event brings to the speedway, we will not be able to work this event in shifts. We need to get there two hours before the gates open and leave two hours after the event ends. Therefore, volunteers will be working 12 hour shifts that will include breaks. Should be tons of fun!! Dress code will be a clean, white collared (polo or long sleeve) shirt, long khaki pants, and white or black tennis shoes. Levy Racing will provide hats and aprons. In order to work NASCAR or any future fundraisers at Speedway, you must attend one of eight trainings sessions at the Speedway during February.
